Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lyons Technology Solutions ("LTS," "we," "us," or "our") Dashboard, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Lyons Technology Solutions provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, compliance support, help desk services, and related technology consulting. The LTS Dashboard is an internal platform that enables authorized users to manage clients, tickets, documentation, devices, communications, and operational workflows.

Access to the LTS Dashboard requires an account. Accounts are created by LTS administrators and assigned based on your role and responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree to use the LTS Dashboard and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Share, transfer, or sell your account access to third parties.
• Use the services to transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized communications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide within the platform, for maintaining your profile and notification preferences, and for using the services in a manner consistent with your organization's policies and applicable contractual agreements with LTS.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the platform and your data, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring. However, you share responsibility for security by safeguarding your credentials, using strong passwords, and reporting suspicious activity promptly.

All content, software, branding, and materials provided through the LTS Dashboard are the intellectual property of Lyons Technology Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written consent.

Users may voluntarily enable SMS notifications within their LTS Dashboard profile.

SMS notifications are used only for operational communications including:

• New Client Chat Notifications
• Help Desk Alerts
• Ticket Updates
• Service Notifications

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyons Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the LTS Dashboard at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may request account deactivation by contacting support@techlts.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
